We are dedicated to ensuring your pet's essentials arrive safely and promptly. Furry Friends Depot is owned and operated by SMN Dropshipping LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida.
  • Delivery Area & Exclusivity: We ship exclusively to residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S Territories, or P.O. Boxes.
  • Order Processing & Delivery Times: All items are verified, quality inspected and packaged within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. 
    • Standard Pet Products Delivery: Items such as pet beds, apparel, and grooming tools typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
    • Pet Tech & Smart Devices Delivery: Advanced pet electronics (including smart feeders, water fountains, and automated toys) contain electronic components and batteries. Due to airline safety regulations, these items require specialized transport and typically arrive within 10-14 business days.
  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your package leaves our automated fulfillment warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to you automatically. Please allow 48 hours for tracking data to update.
  • Lost or Delayed Items: 
    We fully insure all shipments. If a high-value pet tech device or pet supply item arrives broken, or if the package is marked as delivered but missing, please email our support team at support@furryfriendsdepot.us with your order number and photos within 48 hours so we can ensure an immediate replacement.
    Furthermore, if carrier delays cause your package to take longer than 20 business days from the date of shipment to arrive at your domestic address, please contact us and we will issue an immediate priority reshipment or a full refund.
